CRM ANALYST
Working closely with business analysts, you will need strong technical
skills to configure leading CRM solutions. You should have significant
experience of database management systems, operating systems and programming
languages, particularly SQL and C/C++, Java or VB. Knowledge of standard
WEB technology is an advantage.
Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and
first professional experience through internships.
CRM TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT
You will work closely with clients to model their business from static
and transactional data. This can lead to re-engineering activities as
part of CRM solution implementation. Detailed knowledge of relational
databases, data integration and interfacing is essential.
Qualifications: Degree/MBA and 2 years' professional experience.
CRM SENIOR CONSULTANT
In this position you will work closely with our clients
and act as teamlead in Siebel projects on-site. You will be responsible
for the planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of project activities. You
should be able to demonstrate high levels of delivery and problem-solving capability
as well as proven leadership experience. Outstanding communication and social skills
coupled with diplomatic finesse are important for this role, as are methodology skills
and a deep knowledge of CRM and Siebel technology.
Qualification: Degree/MBA and 5 years professional experience.
